For the safety of our staff and the Stern community, walk-ins are by appointment only.
If you need assistance, please feel free to call or email our office and we can provide remote support or information through our ticketing system.
If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely, or if additional in-person assistance is needed, please schedule an appointment by replying to your ticket, or by calling us at 212-998-0180

Please note that recording privileges have been granted for all NYU faculty Zoom accounts for Spring 2020
How do I login to Zoom?
You can login to Zoom via one of two methods:
On the web - "nyu.zoom.us"
Using the desktop application - by clicking on the "Sign in with SSO" button and using your NYU credentials .
Please note that we recommend you use the Zoom desktop application for meetings/classes as it offers more functionality than the browser version.
How do I access cloud recordings from my classes?
Click Cloud Recordings in the Zoom tool in the course site
Find the recording you want to view and click the play icon
If you are redirected to a Zoom sign-in page, click Sign-in with SSO
Type nyu in the company domain field . You should now be able to view the recording
Am I able to record meetings on Zoom?
