NYU and Stern network services were unavailable between 1:10pm - 3:16pm EST and again from 3:39pm - 4:35pm EST. 

Network services have been restored as of 4:35pm EST.  Intermittent interruptions may continue while NYU works to re-establish stable connectivity.
