Collaborate with Solstice Wireless Screen Sharing

Solstice Wireless screen sharing is now available in Tisch meeting rooms 307, 309, 310 and 311.  Follow the instructions on the monitor in the room to use the new system.


Room Reservations Now in EMS

Room reservations are made in Stern’s EMS (Event Management System), found in Sternlinks.


Color Printing Now Available

Color printing is now available in the Class of 2008 Lounge on the UC level and in Tisch 305. Color printing is single-sided and three print credits per piece of paper.  Mobile printing is available for iOS devices.  For more information and links to guides visit the Print@stern page.


Print@Stern

Stern students have 1000 print credits to use on Print@Stern print system each year. Black and white printing is one print credit per piece of paper.  B&W printers print duplex to save paper. Mobile printing is available for iOS devices. Color printing is also available and requires a separate Print@Stern install. For links to installation guides visit the Print@stern page.


Bloomberg Terminals

Stern undergraduate students have four Bloomberg terminals available for their use, two in 302 and two in the E&Y Learning Center on the UC level. Need Training? Type 'BU" then Go on the terminal to browse available workshops.

Windows 10 / iOS 9 Support  

Stern IT will be updating systems when vendor-supplied updates for Windows 10/ iOS 9 become available.  Our goal is to ensure compatibility of all our services with Windows 10 / iOS 9 and to provide full Windows 10 / iOS 9 support as soon as possible.  We will keep you posted.

Threats to our on-line security remain constant.  Stern accounts are often targets of phishing and spear phishing attempts.  Don’t get phished!  Be aware and informed to keep safe.  NYU offers free anti-virus/anti-malware protection for students.
