Please note that Chrome for Mac does not support the latest version of Java. Use Firefox (preferred) or Safari instead.

2.    Click “Verify Java Version”.  If you do not have Java installed at all, a “Missing Plug-in” message will appear:

If this happens, click the arrow next to “Missing Plug-in”. On the pop-up window, click “More Info”. Otherwise, skip to step 7.

You will be redirected to the following screen:

3.    Click “Agree and Start Free Download”. Select “Save File”:

4.    Quit your browser.
5.    Open the downloaded file. An installation wizard will guide you through the rest of the installation.
6.    After installation is complete, a new window will open, asking you to verify your Java version (same as first step). Click “Verify Java Version”.
7.    A pop-up window will appear, asking you to run the application. Select “Run”:

8.  Once Java is updated, a congratulatory message will appear.
