Editing a Booking‌

You can edit a booking once it’s been approved. Some examples of edits you might make include the following:

  • Changing the date and/or time of a booking
  • Changing the room
  • Updating the attendance
  • Changing the event type

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DO EDIT A BOOKING, THE EDITS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY APPROVED AND THE BOOKING WILL NEED TO BE RE-APPROVED BY THE APPROPRIATE SPACE SCHEDULER.


To edit a booking, do the following:

1. Log on to Virtual EMS using your Stern username and password

2. Click on Reservations->View My Requests

3. Locate the appropriate reservation and click on its name:

4. Locate the appropriate booking and click on the edit booking button (located right next to the red “X”):

5. Make the desired changes:

6. Click “Update Booking”
