Editing a Service‌

You can edit services according to the following timeline:

1. Catering/room setup – up to 7 calendar days prior to the booking

2. Event technology – up to 3 calendar days prior to the booking


After these cutoff times have been reached, you must contact Special Events with any changes to catering and/or room requests, and CETG for any changes to event technology requests.


To edit a service request, do the following:

1. Log on to Virtual EMS with your Stern username and password

2. Click on Reservations->View My Requests

3. Locate the appropriate reservation and click on its name:

4. Locate the appropriate booking and click the green “+” button under services

5. Click on the pencil icon to edit either the service or individual items:
