Service requests for class bookings are subject to the same timeline as other bookings: - Catering and room requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the booking
- AV Services must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the booking
To request AV services for a class, do the following: - Log on to Virtual EMS using your Stern username and password
- If you are doing this on behalf of someone else, do the following:
- Select the name of the instructor from the dropdown list next to your name:
- Click on Reservation->View My Requests
- Locate the relevant course:
- Click the green “+” button next to the first class booking:
- Click “AV Services for Classes”
- Select the desired items
- Click Save
- Select all of the future classes for which you wish to repeat this request:
- Click Save
To request catering for a class, do the following: - Repeat steps 1 through 5 above
- Click “Catering Menu”
- Repeat steps 7 through 10 above
