NYU IT offers Cisco Jabber which is a softphone software that allows you to access presence, instant messaging (IM), voice, video, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing on computer and mobile devices. You must have a Cisco Jabber account administered by NYU IT. If you would like to have Cisco Jabber, contact your department's communications representative to have a request submitted to administer this feature for you. How can I reset my voicemail PIN?
